4. Project status

Tingholm Fjord Resort & Casino is the working name of a planned five-star hotel, casino and spa resort on an island at the mouth of the Sognefjord, Vestland, western Norway. It is in development: nothing has been built yet, no guests are received, reservations are not open, and the opening date is to be announced. The exact location will be announced later.

5. What this website is

Tingholm is a hospitality project. It is not a law firm, does not employ lawyers in connection with this website, and provides no legal services or legal advice.

If you need legal help in Norway, the Norwegian Bar Association (Advokatforeningen) or a local lawyer is the right place to start.

6. About the domain name

The domain name nobelsville-lawyer.com has no historical connection with the project and does not indicate any legal practice. It is used only as the address of this website. We have no connection with any law firm, lawyer or other business that may use or have used a similar name.

7. Heritage

The project is inspired by the Norwegian ting tradition of open-air assemblies. The stone circle described on this website is a feature of the landscape on the headland; we make no claim of connection with any specific protected monument or heritage site, and no claim to any heritage status. The estate is planned beside the stones, not on them.

8. Images and figures

All images on this website are artist’s impressions. Layouts, areas and finishes may change during construction. Areas, capacities and numbers are planned project figures and are subject to change.

9. Gaming and responsible play

The entertainment and gaming lounge is planned subject to licensing; Norway does not currently license land-based casinos, and the lounge will open only if permission is granted. If it opens, entry will be for adults aged 18 and over only. No gaming is offered through this website.

We want this website to be usable by everyone. It can be used with a keyboard alone, works with screen readers, respects the reduced-motion setting of your device, and keeps text contrast at 4.5:1 or higher. The content does not depend on JavaScript: without it, every section remains readable, and you can join the interest list by email.
