By accessing or using the website you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you use the website on behalf of a company or another organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. Who we are

3. What the website is
The website provides information about Tingholm Fjord Resort & Casino, a planned resort in western Norway that has not yet been built. It lets you read about the project and, if you wish, prepare an email to join the interest list.
The website does not take bookings or payments, has no user accounts, offers no gaming of any kind, and provides no legal services or legal advice. Tingholm is a hospitality project, not a law firm. The interest list is covered by separate Terms and Conditions.
4. Age
The website is intended for adults. Parts of it describe a planned gaming lounge which, if it is ever licensed, will be open only to people aged 18 and over.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, artist’s impressions, design, the name Tingholm and the seal are owned by us or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
You may view the website, print or save pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, and link to any page. You may not copy, republish, adapt or use the content commercially — including in advertising or in training datasets — without our written permission. Please do not use our name or images in a way that suggests a connection with us that does not exist.
6. Acceptable use
When using the website, you agree not to:
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any related system;
- interfere with the website’s operation, for example by overloading it, or by introducing malware or harmful code;
- collect content or data from the website in bulk by automated means without our permission;
- use the website for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading, including impersonating us or claiming to act on our behalf.
7. What you send us
You are responsible for the content of any message you send us. Please do not send confidential documents, details of legal matters, payment details or sensitive personal data; we will not act on legal material and will delete it. If you send us ideas or suggestions about the project, we may use them without any obligation to you.
Personal data in your messages is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Accuracy of information
The website describes a project in development. Images are artist’s impressions, and areas, capacities, features and dates are plans that may change or may not be realised. We try to keep the information accurate and up to date, but it may be incomplete or out of date, and it is not an offer of any kind.
9. Links to other websites
The website contains a small number of links to websites we do not control, such as Hjelpelinjen. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
10. Security of the website
The website is built without third-party scripts and uses a strict Content Security Policy. Even so, we cannot guarantee that it is free from viruses or other harmful code, so please use your own protection software. If you find a security problem, please report it to [email protected]; we are grateful for responsible reports.
11. Availability
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free from errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw it, in whole or in part, at any time — for example for maintenance or as the project develops.
12. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from reliance on information on the website, from its unavailability, or from changes to the project.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection rules.
14. Indemnity
If you use the website in breach of these terms and this causes us loss, you agree to compensate us for that loss, to the extent permitted by law. This does not apply where mandatory consumer protection rules prevent it.
15. Suspension of access
We may block or restrict access to the website for anyone who breaches these terms or uses the website in a way that harms it, us or other people.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page shows the current version, and the version published when you use the website applies.
17. No waiver
If we do not insist straight away that you do something these terms require, or if we delay taking steps against a breach, that does not mean that you no longer have to do it, and it does not prevent us from taking steps later.
18. Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
19. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
